Dear Silberstein Elementary Families and Community,

It is with great joy and gratitude that I introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal of Silberstein Elementary. I am truly honored to be part of such a vibrant and dedicated school community.

I have proudly served in Dallas ISD for over 13 years—11 of those years as a classroom teacher. For the past 7 years, I have had the privilege of working right here at Silberstein, and I am excited to continue growing alongside our incredible students, staff, and families. As a proud product of Dallas ISD myself, I know firsthand the impact that a strong school community can have on a child’s life.

My commitment is to support the well-being and academic success of every student. I believe that strong, open communication with all stakeholders, especially our parents, is essential in making that happen. Together, we can ensure our students feel safe, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve our community in this new role. I look forward to a fantastic school year filled with learning, growth, and achievement.

Es con mucha alegría y gratitud que me presento como la nueva subdirectora Silberstein. Me siento verdaderamente honrada de formar parte de una comunidad escolar tan vibrante y comprometida.

He servido con orgullo en Dallas ISD por más de 13 años, 11 de ellos como maestra. Durante los últimos 7 años he tenido el privilegio de trabajar aquí mismo en Silberstein, y estoy emocionada de seguir creciendo junto a nuestros increíbles estudiantes, personal y familias. Como orgullosa exalumna del distrito de Dallas ISD, sé de primera mano el impacto positivo que puede tener una comunidad escolar fuerte en la vida de un estudiante.

Mi compromiso es apoyar el bienestar y el éxito académico de cada estudiante. Creo firmemente que una comunicación abierta y constante con todos los involucrados, especialmente con los padres, es clave para lograrlo. Juntos, podemos asegurarnos de que nuestros estudiantes se sientan seguros, apoyados y motivados para alcanzar su máximo potencial.

Gracias por brindarme la oportunidad de servir a nuestra comunidad en este nuevo rol. Espero con entusiasmo un año escolar lleno de aprendizaje, crecimiento y logros.
